Return & Refund Policy

At TORQ Style, we believe in honest products and transparent policies. Please read this Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Eligibility for Return

A product is eligible for return only if all of the following conditions are met:

  • The product is received in a damaged, defective, or incorrect condition
  • The return request is raised within 3 days of delivery
  • The product is unused, unwashed, and in original condition
  • Original tags, packaging, invoice, and accessories are intact

Note: Products showing signs of use, wear, or damage after delivery will not be eligible for return.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Products purchased during sale, discount, or clearance offers
  • Customized or made-to-order products
  • Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper handling

3. Return Request Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us via Email or WhatsApp with your Order ID
  2. Share clear photos or videos showing the issue
  3. Our team will review your request within 48 hours

If approved, pickup or return instructions will be shared with you.

4. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are processed only after quality inspection of the returned product
  • Approved refunds are issued within 5–7 working days
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

5. Replacement Policy

  • Replacement is offered only for damaged, defective, or incorrect products
  • Replacement depends on product availability
  • If replacement is unavailable, a refund will be processed

6. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch
  • Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is not allowed
