Return & Refund Policy

At TORQ Style, we believe in honest products and transparent policies. Please read this Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Eligibility for Return
A product is eligible for return only if all of the following conditions are met:
- The product is received in a damaged, defective, or incorrect condition
- The return request is raised within 3 days of delivery
- The product is unused, unwashed, and in original condition
- Original tags, packaging, invoice, and accessories are intact
Note: Products showing signs of use, wear, or damage after delivery will not be eligible for return.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Products purchased during sale, discount, or clearance offers
- Customized or made-to-order products
- Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper handling
3. Return Request Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact us via Email or WhatsApp with your Order ID
- Share clear photos or videos showing the issue
- Our team will review your request within 48 hours
If approved, pickup or return instructions will be shared with you.
4. Refund Policy
- Refunds are processed only after quality inspection of the returned product
- Approved refunds are issued within 5–7 working days
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method
Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
5. Replacement Policy
- Replacement is offered only for damaged, defective, or incorrect products
- Replacement depends on product availability
- If replacement is unavailable, a refund will be processed
6. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled before dispatch
- Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is not allowed
